UPDATE: A Millville woman has been arrested for threatening a worker at a U-Haul Moving and Storage facility in Bridgeton with an expandable baton. The incident unfolded on Monday at approximately 4:20 PM, prompting a rapid response from local authorities.

According to the Bridgeton Police Department, officers were dispatched to the U-Haul location at 825 N. Pearl Street following a report of a woman making threats against an employee. Upon arrival, police found Nantonya Mangini, aged 51, brandishing the baton and refusing commands to drop the weapon.

Witnesses reported the tense scene as Mangini attempted to walk away from officers while still holding the baton. After several attempts to evade police, she eventually relinquished the weapon and was taken into custody.

Mangini now faces multiple charges, including obstruction, terroristic threats, and weapons violations. She is also charged with failing to comply with fingerprinting procedures at the police station. Currently, she is being held at the Cumberland County Jail as she awaits her court appearance.
