UPDATE: A man has been arrested for stealing $1,000 worth of merchandise from an Ulta Beauty store in Hesperia, San Bernardino County. Authorities identified the suspect as Jerome Willis, 33October 1, store employees reported a theft at the Ulta Beauty location in the 12700 block of Main Street. Witnesses stated that Willis entered the store, filled his cart with high-value items, and left without paying. He fled the scene in a Chevy Traverse SUV, prompting an immediate alert to law enforcement.

The following day, deputies from the Victorville Sheriff’s Station spotted Willis’ SUV during an unrelated investigation. A search of the vehicle revealed the stolen merchandise from Ulta Beauty, leading to his arrest on the spot.
