Carrot, a global platform dedicated to fertility and family care, has announced a strategic partnership with ŌURA, known for its smart ring technology, and Dexcom, a leader in glucose monitoring. This collaboration aims to revolutionize how individuals approach fertility and family-building through Carrot’s innovative metabolic-fertility program, known as Sprints.

The partnership marks a significant advancement with the integration of Stelo by Dexcom, an FDA-cleared glucose biosensor available without a prescription. Members enrolled in Carrot will benefit from access to data collected from both the ŌURA Ring and Stelo. This integration allows users to monitor vital biometrics while receiving expert clinical support from Carrot.

Enhancing Fertility Through Data-Driven Insights

The Sprints program targets common barriers to fertility often linked to metabolic disorders, which can include obesity, blood sugar irregularities, and sperm health issues. With the integration of wearable technology, Carrot’s clinical teams are equipped to convert raw biometric data into personalized care plans that are evidence-based.

This integrated approach provides a comprehensive view of an individual’s metabolic-fertility health, including detailed analysis of various factors such as menstrual cycle patterns, identification of fertile windows, sleep quality, stress management, and trends in physical activity and glucose levels. For members in the pre-pregnancy phase, this information is vital for enhancing health outcomes.

Additionally, participants in the Sprints program will have the opportunity to work alongside Carrot nutritionists, utilizing the ŌURA Meals feature for real-time tracking of how lifestyle choices impact both metabolic health and fertility readiness.

Starting in November 2025, members will receive ŌURA Ring devices and Stelos, while complete data integration among Carrot, ŌURA, and Dexcom is projected to roll out in early 2026. This partnership not only enhances current offerings but also sets the groundwork for expanding wearable technology support across all life stages that Carrot addresses.

The Importance of Data and Support

Hilary Bartlett, Chief Product Officer of Carrot, emphasized the necessity of combining data with professional expertise. “Putting data in the hands of our members is an important first step, but it needs to be paired with actionable support from experts to improve health outcomes,” she stated.

By harnessing the strengths of ŌURA and Dexcom, Carrot is poised to offer a unique, data-driven approach to fertility and metabolic health, helping individuals navigate their family-building journeys with greater insight and support.
