ITV Studios Appoints Moira Hogan to Lead APAC Sales Team
Changes are underway at ITV Studios as the company announces the appointment of Moira Hogan as the new Executive Vice President for APAC Sales and Distribution. Hogan takes over from Augustus Dulgaro, who has decided to exit his role after over two decades with the organization. Hogan’s extensive background includes serving as the Executive Vice President of International Markets and General Manager for Australia at BritBox International, where she departed in October 2023 during a restructuring at the division’s parent company, BBC Studios.
Hogan’s tenure at ITV Studios will officially begin in February 2026. In her new position, she will report directly to Tom Clark, EVP of Global Sales and Commercial Strategy. Her responsibilities will encompass leading sales teams located in both Sydney and Singapore, focusing on promoting a variety of popular formats and finished productions, including titles such as Love Island, Good Cop Bad Cop, and Shark! Celebrity Infested Waters.
Dulgaro’s decision to leave will take effect at the end of March 2026. During his time at ITV, he established himself as a prominent figure in the industry, earning recognition for his leadership and commitment to fostering strong partnerships. Clark expressed gratitude for Dulgaro’s contributions, stating, “Augustus has been an exceptional leader and world-class ambassador for ITV and Global Partnerships in the region. He leaves this business in terrific shape, and we wish him well in the future.”
Hogan reflected on the state of the ITVS APAC business, noting its strong foundation, which she attributes to Dulgaro’s efforts. She emphasized her intention to honor the legacy he created, saying, “The APAC business is in great shape thanks to the care and commitment of Augustus, who championed the content and built deep, trusted relationships. I plan to carry forward that legacy.”
As ITV Studios positions itself for future growth in the Asia-Pacific region, Hogan’s appointment marks a significant shift in the company’s leadership strategy. Her extensive experience in international markets is expected to enhance ITV’s outreach in an increasingly competitive landscape.
