Bricker Graydon LLP and Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs LLP, two prominent regional law firms, have announced their intention to merge effective January 1, 2026. This significant move will create a new entity named Bricker Graydon Wyatt LLP, bringing together over 325 attorneys across 14 offices in four states, thereby expanding their regional reach and enhancing their service offerings.

The merger is designed to enhance both firms’ capabilities in various legal sectors, including real estate, health care, energy, education, and construction.
