Transit Technologies, a leader in mobility management solutions in North America, introduced a new suite of AI-driven technologies at the Transit Mobility Alliance Conference (TMAC) 2025 in Phoenix. The conference, held on October 28, 2025, attracted hundreds of fleet and mobility leaders, showcasing innovations aimed at transforming transit operations.

The newly unveiled solutions focus on enhancing service delivery, improving asset performance, and bolstering operational resilience. These advancements reflect Transit Technologies’ commitment to being an essential partner for public transit and fleet providers across the continent.

Innovative Solutions for Modern Transit

Central to this year’s announcements are four groundbreaking solutions that enhance intelligence, automation, and accessibility within transit operations:

IVA for Trip Management: This conversational AI solution revolutionizes rider communication. By replacing traditional Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems with a more natural interaction style, the Intelligent Voice Agent (IVA) allows riders to check, change, or cancel their trips at any time. This innovation not only improves accessibility but also streamlines responses, enabling agency staff to handle higher call volumes effectively.

Managed Eligibility: This end-to-end eligibility management solution integrates automation with human oversight to facilitate the intake, review, and processing of ADA-compliant determinations. Agencies benefit from increased transparency and accountability, as well as faster processing times, ensuring riders receive clear and consistent communication.

Transit Workforce Management: This modern platform synchronizes staffing, scheduling, and payroll management in real-time. By connecting automatic vehicle location (AVL) systems with routing solutions, operators and managers receive automated updates, minimizing service gaps and eliminating payroll errors while enhancing workforce engagement.

Data Analytics Studio: This unified analytics engine provides agencies with immediate, conversational access to operational data. Leaders can easily inquire about performance metrics, maintenance status, or trends and receive instant visual responses, which supports quicker, data-driven decision-making.

In addition to these key solutions, Transit Technologies previewed two upcoming innovations: the IVA for Service Request Creation, which automates maintenance reporting and work order creation, and the Wheelchair Guardian, an AI-powered camera system that ensures the safety of students and passengers during transit.

Commitment to Safe and Equitable Mobility

“Our innovations demonstrate our deep commitment to empowering agencies with the technology they need for safe, reliable, and equitable mobility,” stated Gerry Leonard, CEO of Transit Technologies. He emphasized the company’s efforts to build a connected foundation that supports the next era of public transportation and connected fleets.

Transit Technologies’ extensive portfolio, featuring products like Ecolane, TripMaster, busHive, Passio, FASTER, TripShot, Bytecurve, and MJM Innovations, plays a crucial role in facilitating mobility for millions of riders daily. The launch of these advanced solutions at TMAC 2025 positions the company at the forefront of the evolving transit landscape.
