Notable actress Lily-Rose Depp has been spotted in Bourne Woods, near Farnham, where she is shooting scenes for the movie set in medieval Britain. Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Robert Eggers, known for his work on Nosferatu, the film also features renowned actors Willem Dafoe and Aaron Taylor-Johnson.

Photos taken on location reveal Depp dressed in period-appropriate attire, including a long tunic and elaborate headdress. According to information from IMDb, Wewulf revolves around a mysterious creature that stalks the countryside, forcing villagers to confront an ancient supernatural menace. The film is slated for release around Christmas 2024.

Planning documents submitted to Waverly Borough Council indicate that the production team is establishing a village and churchyard set within the woodlands, situated off The Reeds Road at the southern end of Bourne Wood. The filming is expected to draw a significant crew, with up to 80 vehicles anticipated in the area.

Bourne Woods has a rich history in film production, previously gaining fame for its role in Ridley Scott’s Gladiator.
