This action affects approximately 2,277,540 pounds of the product labeled as “Golden Island fire-grilled Pork Jerky Korean Barbecue recipe,” which is packaged in 14.5 oz and 16 oz plastic pouches.

The affected products were distributed to retail locations, including Costco and Sam’s Club, throughout the United States. The FSIS classified this recall as a “High-Class I” recall, which is the most serious category established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
