Tosca Theresa Pardini, a beloved matriarch, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2025, at the age of 94. Surrounded by her family, she took her final breath on a day marked by dark clouds, with the soothing sounds of Frank Sinatra’s “Fly Me to the Moon” playing softly in the background. A single ray of sunshine illuminated her face as her loved ones paid their final respects.

Born in San Francisco on May 7, 1931, Tosca embodied the spirit of the city throughout her life. She later settled in Ross, California, where she cultivated a home filled with family, tradition, and enduring love. Tosca married her soulmate, Sergio Pardini, on February 17, 1952, at Saints Peter and Paul Church in North Beach. Their union lasted for an incredible 61 years, marked by devotion and adventure.

Tosca was renowned for her warmth and elegance. Her home was a welcoming space for all, where the traditions of her Italian heritage flourished. She took pride in passing down these customs to her children and grandchildren, ensuring that her legacy would endure.

Traveling the world with Sergio was one of her greatest joys. The couple shared a passion for dancing, lighting up every room they entered. Tosca had a distinct flair for style and was known for her impeccable taste in fashion. Her culinary skills were also noteworthy, particularly her famous lasagna and unforgettable lobster thermidor. Additionally, she had a talent for interior design, creating spaces that radiated comfort and beauty.

Tosca is survived by her three children: Mario and his wife Theresa Pardini, Paul and his wife Laurie Pardini, and Laura and her husband Shawn Ferjanec. She cherished her role as Nonna, forming deep bonds with her grandchildren: Jenna Bottom and her husband Jeff Bottom, Daniel Pardini and his wife Carlie, Kimberly Horan and her husband Mike, Lauren Baldwin and her husband Nick, and Courtney Pardini. Her legacy continues through her treasured great-grandchildren: Kennedy and London Bottom, Elle, Liam, and Jaxson Pardini, as well as Noah and Quinn Horan, and Shelby and Barrett Baldwin. Each of them brought her immense joy.

The family, who adored Tosca, will carry her memory in their hearts. Though she has departed from this world, her spirit will continue to guide and comfort those she loved so deeply.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on November 22, 2025, at the Valley Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, located at 650 Bugeia Lane, Novato. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, a cause close to Tosca’s heart. Donations can be made at www.stjude.org.

May her memory be a blessing, and may she rest in eternal peace.
