Seth Rollins is making positive strides in his recovery from a shoulder injury, maintaining that his timeline for a return to WWE remains on track. Rollins, a former World Heavyweight Champion, suffered the injury during his match against Cody Rhodes at the Crown Jewel event in Perth on October 11, 2025. With a target set for the WrestleMania season, he is eyeing a comeback in March or April 2026.

Speaking on Tuesday’s edition of The Rich Eisen Show, Rollins provided an encouraging update on his rehabilitation. “We’re on track. Yeah, I got the brace off, like, last week — middle of last week. So, it was nice. It’s nice to walk around like a regular person,” he stated. Rollins expressed relief at being able to move without the brace, emphasizing his ongoing progress.

Following his injury, Rollins underwent surgery to repair the damage, which temporarily sidelined him from WWE events. To explain his absence to fans, WWE scripted an angle where Rollins was betrayed by his former faction members, including Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman. Breakker is now set to challenge CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship on the first WWE Raw episode of 2026.

At the time of his injury, Rollins was in the midst of his championship reign, which was ultimately cut short as he had to vacate the title. Despite his current limitations, the wrestler remains active in other ventures. He is scheduled to participate in Netflix’s pre-game coverage for the NFL game between the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings on Christmas Day.

Rollins also took the opportunity to promote the sale of single-night tickets for WrestleMania 42, which will take place over two nights at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on April 18 and 19, 2026. His return to the ring for this highly anticipated event is something fans are eagerly awaiting. The atmosphere surrounding WrestleMania promises to be electric, and Rollins’ potential comeback would add to the excitement of the occasion.

As he continues his recovery, Rollins remains a prominent figure in WWE, and his updates offer hope to fans who look forward to his return to the squared circle.
