Boyertown Multi-Service Urgently Seeks Sponsors for Trees
UPDATE: Boyertown Area Multi-Service is urgently calling for local businesses and organizations to sponsor their 19th Annual Festival of Trees, a cherished community event that promises to spread holiday cheer and support those in need. Sponsors must reserve their trees by November 5, 2024, to participate in this festive tradition.
The Festival of Trees will transform the Multi-Service building into a stunning winter wonderland on December 5 from 4 to 8 p.m. and December 6 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This beloved event not only showcases creativity and teamwork but also aims to strengthen community bonds while raising funds for vital local programs.
Each decorated tree reflects the unique themes chosen by sponsors, ranging from elegant holiday designs to whimsical creations. Participants are invited to collaborate, brainstorm themes, and design their trees, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. This fun initiative often sparks friendly competition among groups to see whose tree shines the brightest.
Beyond the festive atmosphere, sponsoring a tree directly contributes to the essential services provided by Boyertown Area Multi-Service. Proceeds from the event will fund crucial programs like Preston’s Food Pantry, Meals on Wheels, senior services, and case management for families in need.
Sponsorship levels are designed to accommodate various budgets, with options including:
– $5,000 for a 10-foot tree
– $2,500 for a 9-foot tree
– $1,000 for an 8-foot tree
– $400 for a 7-foot tree
– $300 for a 6-foot tree
Each tree comes pre-lit and ready for decoration, requiring only the sponsors’ creativity and decorations to bring their vision to life.
To be part of this joyful celebration and support the community, interested sponsors can visit the official application page [here](https://www.boyertownareamulti-service.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/Tree-Sponsor-Application.pdf).
