The recall, initiated on November 21, affects 11,136 bottles distributed nationwide, including 30-count, 100-count, and 500-count sizes. Testing of reserve samples revealed traces of ezetimibe, a cholesterol medication produced by the same company, indicating possible cross-contamination.
