Eddington Firefighters Extinguish Vehicle Fire Near Home

A vehicle fire on Scott Point Road in Clifton was swiftly contained by firefighters from the Eddington Fire Department on Saturday morning. Emergency services received the call at 7:39 a.m. and arrived at the scene to find a vehicle completely engulfed in flames, posing a significant risk to a nearby house and propane tanks located just five feet away.

Firefighters worked quickly to extinguish the blaze, successfully preventing it from spreading further and limiting damage to the exterior of the home. According to a statement from the fire department, the vehicle was declared a total loss.
