Traffic Disruptions Ahead: Kīlauea Roundabout Work Starts Dec 1

URGENT UPDATE: Significant traffic disruptions are set to begin in the Kīlauea area starting December 1, as the Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation (HDOT) initiates permanent striping of the Kīlauea Roundabout.
