Urgent Alert: Police Hunt Suspect in Indecent Exposure Case

URGENT UPDATE: Police are actively searching for a suspect who allegedly exposed himself to a teenage girl in Palo Alto on July 25, 2023. The unsettling incident occurred around 4:30 PM while the victim was walking on the north sidewalk of the 100 block of Embarcadero Road.

Authorities report that the girl was approached by a man who asked for directions while showing her his phone. In a shocking turn of events, the suspect then moved his phone towards his waist, revealing that his pants were undone and he was holding his exposed penis. The victim quickly distanced herself from the suspect and contacted the police about 30 minutes later.

Police responded promptly but were unable to locate the suspect. Described as a man of Indian or Middle Eastern descent, approximately 30 years old, he was noted for his thick hair, dark eyebrows, and a dark brown mustache that connected to a beard. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a long-sleeved collared button-down shirt paired with black pants.
