While these plans are not mandated to provide comprehensive coverage, the administration has indicated that one major pharmaceutical company, EMD Serono, will reduce the list prices of IVF-related medications.

The White House clarified that there will be no government incentives for employers providing fertility benefits, and details regarding the regulation of these plans remain limited.
