Known for their vibrant performances, Fódhla has been a staple in the local music scene since the series began in 2015.

This talented ensemble features Bethany Waickman on guitar, Ellery Klein on fiddle, and Nicole Rabata on flute. Each member has earned a solid reputation within the Boston-Portland acoustic music community. Their deep connection to traditional Irish music is evident, with Klein and Rabata drawing inspiration from their experiences in the Irish cities of Cork, Limerick, and Ennis.

The upcoming concert promises to deliver high energy and exceptional artistry, qualities that have defined Fódhla’s performances over the years. Waickman’s guitar work complements the lively fiddle and flute melodies, showcasing her innovative harmonies and rhythmic precision, honed through years of playing for contradances.
