Jenelle Evans Clarifies Reunion with David Eason Amid Speculation

Former reality television star Jenelle Evans has addressed the recent reunion with her ex-husband David Eason, clarifying the circumstances surrounding their meeting. In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly on January 21, 2026, Evans revealed that the reunion was prompted by their daughter, Ensley, who was hospitalized due to a severe allergic reaction to amoxicillin.

Evans, 34, explained that Ensley was prescribed the antibiotic while recovering from the flu. “She’s better now and has a change of meds,” she said, emphasizing the necessity of notifying Eason about their daughter’s health due to custody arrangements. In March 2024, Evans filed for separation from Eason, 37, after six years of marriage. By July 2025, a judge granted her request for an “absolute divorce.” Despite their tumultuous history, Evans reported that their recent interaction was amicable. “Things were smooth, and I’m happy we can come together to coparent so well during a scary time like that,” she stated. Evans has previously dismissed rumors about rekindling her relationship with Eason. In October 2025, she responded to a social media inquiry regarding her relationship with him, firmly stating, “F*** no,” and added a laughing emoji for emphasis.
