In the late 1950s, she relocated to California, eventually settling in Redondo Beach, where she embarked on a fulfilling career and personal life.

She had an adventurous spirit that led her and Donald on a memorable road trip to Alaska and back in their VW van, creating lasting memories along the way.
Eleanor is survived by her son, Chris, and daughter-in-law, Catherine, as well as her two grandchildren, Brandy and Harley. She also leaves behind her sister, Julie, and brothers Tom and Jerry, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
