CALV Offers Class on Communication Skills for Real Estate Professionals
Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) is set to host a class on March 26, 2024, aimed at enhancing communication skills for local real estate professionals. The session, which will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Las Vegas REALTORS® building located at 6360 S. Rainbow Blvd, is designed to equip attendees with essential techniques in commercial real estate.
Taught by Dianne Simmons, a member of CALV and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the course combines technical knowledge with emotional intelligence and effective negotiation strategies. This class is part of CALV’s ongoing commitment to provide accredited continuing education tailored specifically for the commercial real estate sector.
Upon completion of the course, participants will receive three hours of general credits towards the renewal of their Nevada real estate license. The fee to attend is $30 for CALV members and institute partners, while the cost for non-members is $40.
